Hello families!

I am Maida García Mansilla and I became a Child Sleep Consultant because I felt the need to help more families.

I began this journey when I had my first daughter in the middle of the pandemic, living in Australia. That led my husband and I to look for tools to enjoy parenting without letting fatigue get in the way.

Maru has been sleeping through the night since she was 5 months old, and we've learned to navigate each sleep regression, which is a progression in her development. The truth is, I'm really enjoying motherhood, and I'd love to be able to help you with something as fundamental as getting a good night's rest. Sleep deprivation can take us to very difficult places, and I can attest that good sleep habits can be established from the start.

Every family is unique, every baby is unique, and every parenting experience is different. I trained to help you make the decisions you believe are best for your family and your baby. Each family is free to choose the way they feel most comfortable approaching a sleep plan. My main goal is for you to feel comfortable with the process we are undertaking.

Like any habit, getting a good night's sleep requires a lot of consistency and effort, and I'm here to support you in this challenge.
